I’m trying to optimize my content schedule, but I keep finding completely contradictory advice on when to post on Mondays. Some major marketing blogs say the 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM lunch break window is the absolute best. Others swear by the 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM afternoon slump, and some even say to wait until 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM when people are officially off work. Before I commit to a scheduling strategy, I'd love to hear what is actually working for real accounts right now.
 
The contradictory advice exists because there is no universal best time. It depends entirely on your specific audience and platform. Instead of relying on general blogs, check your own analytics to see when your followers are active. Test the lunch window first, track engagement, and adjust based on your data.
