What is a COO meeting and what happens during one?

Have been studying about the various C-Suite meetings lately. What is actually a COO meeting and what is the agenda of the meeting?
 
Just one phrase to describe up - while a CEO meeting asks ""where are we going," COO meetings often ask "are we actually moving there on schedule."
 
Such meetings are more execution focused and less business focused. Here KPIs and resolution of blockers make up the lion's share of the agenda
 
This meeting is where the daily operational performances get reviewed, bottlenecks raised, resolutions discussed and action items find the respective owners.
 
The Chief Operating Officer presides this meeting to discuss the daily and weekly operations to focus on the daily strategy across departments. The agenda of such meetings are often shared beforehand.
