What does NFS mean on Snapchat?

I keep receiving Snaps and seeing Stories with the acronym NFS on them, but I’m totally lost on what it actually stands for in current Snapchat slang. I’ve tried looking it up, but I'm getting a bunch of conflicting answers. Depending on the context, people say it means completely different things.

Yes, there are multiple definitions of NFS. On Snapchat, NFS usually means No Funny Stuff (setting boundaries) or No Filter Selfie (unedited photos). Depending on context, it can also stand for New Friends or Not For Sale!

No Funny Stuff is what I would say NFS most commonly stands for on Snapchat. It can also mean other things depending on the context. But on a general level, this is what it is. Not for Sale is another one of the meanings I have heard recently.

It is not very clear, but one of the go-to meanings of NFS is No Funny Stuff. But it would be better if you asked the person who sent you that message what it means. It can mean something different, and it's better to clear it up with the person who sent it.

On Snapchat, NFS depends on context.

In sneaker or streetwear trades, it stands for 'Not For Sale'.

In casual DM chats or story rants, people use it for 'No Funny Sh*t' to show they are completely serious.

It usually means one of two things.

If someone is showing off new shoes or gear, it means 'Not For Sale'.

But in a chat or rant caption, it almost always means 'No Funny Sh*t'—basically saying stop playing around.
