Netflix Student Discount: Does Netflix offer one?

I'm in my first year of college and a few of my favourite shows are now on Netflix. I want to know if there is a way to get discounted rates for Netflix subscription, as it is currently much higher, and I alone can't afford it.
 
Unfortunately, Netflix doesn't offer any kind of student discount plan any where, across the world. But since you are in college, I'm assuming you'll be using a single device to stream Netflix. Basically, if you are limited to one screen, you can go for a cheaper Netflix plan, or you can go for multiple screen plans and share a common Netflix account with your friends/family. This way, you don't have to take the entire burden.
 
If you are a student, there is bad news for you. There is no such thing as a student discount that Netflix provides. In fact, the platform has increased its rates multiple times in the last few years. Your best bet is to look for other platforms where you can find the show. For example, if it's an Anime, you can check Crunchyroll, which is much cheaper than Netflix.
 
Netflix rarely gives any discounts on its subscription plans. But it does offer a cheaper single-screen plan, which is the best option for students.
