Is the HyperX Cloud II headset worth buying?

I am in a catch-22 if I should be buying HyperX Cloud II headset, now that many new variants with better technology are available. Any guidance if I should buy it?
 
When it comes to reliability at that cost - Cloud II headset wins hands down. Though later on I upgraded, only due to wireless needs and not due to the quality of Cloud II
 
If the older designs don't bother, you - it is worth buying. The price point is good and the performance is reliable.
 
If you can stretch you budget a bit, I would recommend trying out options like Cloud II Wireless, Cloud Alpha, or competitors like SteelSeries Arctis. The mic quality is superior, wireless and better sound staging.
