How to unhide apps on iphone?

Hi folks, 🤗
I accidentally remove an app from my iPhone home screen.I want to know how to find it and get it back on the home screen so that I can see it again.

If you've hidden an app on your iPhone, you can usually find it by going to the App Library and looking in the Hidden folder. Once unlocked using Face ID or passcode, hold down the app and click the Unhide option. If it's been taken off the Home Screen, you can also reinstate it from the App Library.

Here are simple steps to unhide an app on an iPhone:
  • To access the App Library, swipe left past all Home Screen pages.
  • If you are using the app-hiding feature, scroll down and tap the Hidden folder.
  • Use Face ID, Touch ID or passcode to log in.
  • Touch and hold the app.
  • Choose whether to unhide the app or require Face ID to access it.
I hope this will solve your problem.

For iOS 18, hidden apps are stored in an isolated 'Hidden' folder at the bottom of the App Library.

Pass through your previous home screen page to scroll down, tap 'Hidden', and use Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode to authenticate. Hold down on the target app icon and choose 'Don't Require Face ID' to regain normal visibility and bring it back to your screens.

If it just disappeared, swipe left to go to the App Library.

Click the search bar at the top of the app store, hold down the icon for the app you want to add, and click 'Add to Home Screen'.

If it was saved in Screen Time, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content Restrictions.

Don't worry, your app isn't deleted! Just keep swiping left until you reach the App Library page. Look for the application in the top, then press and hold and drag back to your main screen. Easy as that.
