How to split screen on windows?

I am very frustrated with toggling screens multiple times while working on an editing project. Please tell me if there is a way to split my screen while working on windows.

Drag your open window by the title bar to the far left/righ and then place it in that corner. Next, to fill the empty space, click the second app and fill the remaining space

For multi-monitor systems, I prefer using Windows + Shift + left/right for screen split

I prefer setting up multiple desktops using Win + Tab and then I keep shifting between desktops using Ctrl + Win + Left or Right Arrow
