How to enable secure boot windows 11?

Follow these steps to enable secure boot windows 11: Restart PC → press F2/Del/Esc (varies by brand) to enter BIOS → go to Boot or Security tab → find Secure Boot → set to Enabled → Save & Exit (F10)

If you want to get straight into the BIOS instead of looking for the boot key, here is the fastest route: Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings.

Unless your PC is in UEFI mode, you won't be able to booting. You can check the mode your PC is in using these steps: msinfo32 and check "BIOS Mode". Secure boot only shows up in UEFI boot.
