How to delete ChatGPT account?

Recently, I read about data privacy issues related to ChatGPT. I am a bit worried with my personal conversations being stored on an external place. How can I delete my Chatgpt account?
 
Open ChatGPT > Log in to your account using your email ID > Click on your profile in the bottom left corner > Click on Settings from the pop-up menu > Slide down the menu and click on Account > Click on Delete button next to delete my account > Confirm and delete your account
 
If privacy is the main concern, you may opt out of improving the model for everyone. This way, the data is not used by the AI model for training. If still doesn't work, Delete it from the settings menu in your profile section
 
Also, before deleting, you should export all the data for referring to it later on. You get a 30 day window for which the data is still active on the server - after you initiate the deletion process.
