How to cite a YouTube video?

I watched a YouTube video where several experts discussed my research topic, and I want to quote something one of them said. How do I cite the specific quote in my paper?
 
You can cite it as a YouTube video and identify the expert as the speaker.
Here’s an APA-style example:
“Quote from the expert” (Speaker’s Name, Video Title, Year, Timestamp).
The timestamp tells your reader exactly where the quote appears.
 
Well, it depends on the style of citation. These are the basic formats:
  • APA 7: Channel. (Year, Month Day). Title of video. YouTube. URL
  • MLA 9: Channel Name. “Title of Video.” YouTube, Day Month Year, URL.
  • Chicago: Channel Name. “Title of Video.” YouTube video, length. Date. URL.

For academic papers, videos are considered audiovisual materials. You can quote the speaker's exact words and mention the speaker, video name, and timestamp.
