How to change language in windows?

I have been learning German for the past 1 month and I am willing to use it in my daily life. Is there a way I can change the language in my windows to German?
 
Follow these steps to change the language on-screen; Settings > Time and Language > Language and region > Add a language. Search for German and download the language pack.
 
While I was learning French, I switched my laptop interface to French and it helped me learn it smoothly. In addition to the above steps, feel free to download the text to speech feature
 
Before you switch the language, it is critical that you check the keyboard settings. To change the language in the windows, alternatively you can install browser extensions like Immersive Translator or Language Reactor
