How much is DLA for a child?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking into applying for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for my child, but I'm finding the official GOV.UK breakdown a bit confusing to calculate.
I know the benefit is split into two parts, a Care component and a Mobility component, and that it isn't means-tested based on my income. However, I'm trying to figure out exactly how much we might actually be entitled to receive each week.

DLA depends entirely on your child's specific needs. For 2026/2027, the weekly rates are:

• Care: £30.30 (lowest), £76.70 (middle), or £114.60 (highest)
• Citizens Advice
• Mobility: £30.30 (lower) or £80.00 (higher)

For example, if your child qualifies for middle care and lower mobility, you'd receive £107.00 every week.
