I accidentally took a screenshot of someone’s TikTok profile, and now I’m worried they might get a notification. Does TikTok notify someone when you screenshot their profile?

Nope, TikTok doesn't notify anyone when you screenshot a profile or a video. You're good.

TikTok can show someone that you viewed their profile if both of you have Profile View History enabled, but that’s unrelated to taking the screenshot. So if you accidentally took a screenshot, you’re fine.

The only thing that does notify people on TikTok is a few specific actions like following, liking, commenting, or sharing something. Profile views also only show up for them if both of you have the “Profile views” setting turned on, and that’s about viewing, not screenshotting.
