How to cross out text in Discord?

I want to stylise my Discord messages. I was wondering if there is a way to cross out text before sending it. I feel it will be really cool.
 
If you want to send chats on any discord server with a cross out style, you can simply add ~~ before and after the phrase or word. Remeber, do not add any gaps ~~XXX~~ is the right way to do it than ~~ XXX ~~
 
There are multiple ways to stylise the texts you send on Discord. You can use ** before and after your text to bold and ~~ to cross it out.
 
Using ~~ before and after the text with no spacing is the best way to cross out any text on Discord. It's one of the go to ways of cracking jokes or writing something that you don't mean but want to say regardless.
