Best times to post on instagram: Does anyone know?

I'm trying to post daily on Instagram to get more engagement. But, I think there is also the factor of when to post? Currently I don't have a scheduled time. Can someone help me identify the best time to post on Insta?
 
It all depends on the type of content you are posting. Although there is no proven record that tells you that posting at this particular time will give you the most views, it is true that people are mostly free during weekdays either in the afternoon, during lunch or after work and before bed. This is your window to upload to get maximum views.
 
While Tuesdays to Thursdays around noon or early evening (6 PM to 9 PM) are generally the best times to post, you must remember that your audience is unique to you. To find your personal golden hour, go into your Instagram Insights. Tap "Total Followers" and scroll down to see exactly when they're scrolling!
 
There really isn't one universal magic hour; it heavily depends on who your audience is and the kind of content you make!
For example, if you post professional career tips or B2B advice, posting around 8 AM or noon works best because people scroll during commutes and lunch breaks. But if you make gaming clips, nightlife vlogs, or student comedy sketches, your followers are much more likely to engage late in the evening, like 9 PM or midnight.
